Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The System, a booking and client management platform operated by Behavior Change Coach ("we," "our," or "us") at thebehaviorchangecoach.online/thesystem.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

The System provides practitioners with tools for:

• Online session booking and scheduling
• Payment processing via Stripe
• Google Calendar integration for availability and meeting links
• Client portal access for courses, resources, and communication
• Automated email communications (reminders, follow-ups, intake forms)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must not share your login credentials with others.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies are set by each individual practitioner. Contact your practitioner directly for refund requests.

5. Google Calendar Integration

Practitioners may connect their Google Calendar to enable scheduling features. By connecting, the practitioner authorizes The System to create, check availability for, and remove calendar events related to bookings. No other Google account data is accessed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Upload malicious content or code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of The System are owned by Behavior Change Coach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to The System at our discretion. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
